Job Overview: Key Responsibilities and Expectations As our ideal Human Resources Generalist, you'll be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our team across multiple locations, including our Owatonna Distribution Center. Key Responsibilities: Support the local Human Resources team with employee record administration, compliance with laws and regulations, training, interviewing, and special projects. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to employees, ensuring clarity and consistency across the organization. Assist in the day-to-day management of employees, supporting HR compliance initiatives and helping to reduce legal risks. Administer and execute HR programs, including compensation, benefits, and training, to drive employee engagement and retention. Develop and maintain strong employee relationships at all levels of the organization, from frontline to senior management. Resolve complex problems using your HR knowledge and expertise, engaging in HR workstream projects and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications and Skills: The Ideal Candidate Profile To succeed as a Human Resources Generalist at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, you'll need a strong foundation in HR principles, practices, and laws.
