We're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. **Responsibilities** As a Part-time Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and subscription management requests via email and telephone. * Proactively identifying patterns and trends within the department to improve our processes and services. * Continuously learning and developing knowledge about our treatments and service offerings to better serve our customers. * Collaborating with the team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service. * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure we're always delivering the best possible experience for our customers. **Key Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in e-commerce. * Experience working in a remote environment and strong computer literacy. * Proficiency in CRM systems such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong time management and organizational skills. * Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with a variety of customer contact methods, including email, telephone, and live chat. * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. **What We Offer** As a Part-time Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * Comprehensive private medical insurance, including alternative therapies, dental, optical, and mental health care. * 20 days holiday and all UK public and bank holidays (pro rata) PLUS your birthday off. * Free arenaflex subscription for your pet. * Fully remote working environment with a team spanning across the UK. * A laptop and all necessary home-office equipment and tools provided. * £1000 personal learning and development budget, per annum. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development in a fast-growing start-up. **Shift Pattern and Schedule** * Monday to Thursday/Friday * 16-20 hours per week from 10 am-2 pm daily **Salary and Benefits** * Salary: £25,000.00 per year (pro rata to hours worked) * Additional leave * Company pension * Work from home **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a difference in the lives of pet owners, we want to hear from you!
