Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HR Intern. As an HR Intern at Workwarp, you will be responsible for supporting our HR team in various tasks, including talent acquisition, recruitment, employee onboarding, and policy development. Key Responsibilities As an HR Intern at Workwarp, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: Create, plan, and conduct onboarding plans to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including advertising job openings, sourcing potential candidates, and screening resumes and application forms. Organize employee policies and procedures, including creating and updating job descriptions, and gathering data and analyzing HR metrics. Provide support to employees in various HR-related queries, including attendance and leave data, and payroll processing details. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs. Participate in weekly review meetings with various teams, and work with reporting managers, business heads, and internal teams to achieve HR goals. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Proficiency in English language (written and spoken). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices, including talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee onboarding. Ability to analyze data and metrics, and develop implementation plans to improve HR processes. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications and Skills In addition to the essential qualifications and skills, we are looking for candidates who possess the following preferred qualifications and skills: Experience in HR or a related field, including internships or volunteer work. Knowledge of HR software and systems, including HRIS and recruitment platforms. Certifications in HR, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI. Experience with data analysis and reporting, including HR metrics and analytics. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
