**Experienced Full Stack HR Project Manager – Workday Implementation and Human Capital Management**

The Role We are seeking an experienced Full Stack HR Project Manager to join our team. As an HR Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional global projects that execute global corporate initiatives. You will analyze, design, and mitigate risks for various project plans, including the coordination of key resources to ensure the delivery of various SLAs, and overall stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional global projects that execute global corporate initiatives Analyze, design, and mitigate risks for various project plans Coordinate key resources to ensure the delivery of various SLAs Ensure overall stakeholder satisfaction Practice continuous structural thinking and take ownership for value delivery Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and stakeholders Bridge to every other team on the project, including both technical and account roles Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications: 3+ years of experience in project management in human capital management Bachelor's degree required with preference for related field, which may include Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or Technology Past experience working in an HR PMO; Workday implementation PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications required Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project Management tools; understanding of databases and project management software Strong project management acumen, with excellent grasp of program management methodologies including project risk management Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to simultaneously control numerous projects Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the HR function and the significant projects, processes, or practices being developed Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects Strong project management skills, including experience with project management methodologies and tools Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and quality in all work Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits We offer a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits to help you succeed in your role and advance your career.
