This demonstrates our commitment to providing opportunities for growth and development, and shows that the sky is truly the limit at arenaflex! **Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns * Connecting with customers to resolve their questions or concerns, and calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, and responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, and providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required, and ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless and inspired individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
