About the Role As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, as long as you have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Key Responsibilities Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes Providing feedback on call issues Upselling if required Qualifications We are looking for fearless people - people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
