Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote worker, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch service to our members and providers. The pay for this role is $14.00 per hour, plus incentives for perfect attendance and schedule adherence. To be successful in this role, you must be able to work an 8-hour shift between 8am-6pm EST, Monday through Friday. You will also be required to attend a comprehensive training program, which will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this position. Our training program includes 78 hours of instruction, and we offer incentives for perfect attendance and schedule adherence during this period. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound calls from members and providers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Maintain awareness of how your performance and actions affect our members, and strive to provide exceptional service at all times Navigate multiple computer screens and systems to access member information and resolve issues efficiently Answer member and provider inquiries, and type information into our computer system simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Work effectively in a team environment, while also being able to work independently without constant supervision Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude, and be detail-oriented, computer literate, and possess strong reading comprehension and writing skills Key Performance Indicators Your performance will be evaluated based on the following key performance indicators: Inquiry accuracy and completeness Productivity Call resolution Overall satisfaction Call handle time By meeting or exceeding these performance metrics, you will be eligible for incentives and recognition, and will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our members and providers. Qualifications and Experience To be considered for this role, you must have: Call center experience, preferably in a healthcare environment High school diploma or equivalent A private workstation to perform your work, with a reliable internet connection (25 download and 15 upload speed) and a router with an Ethernet jack for connectivity to your PC Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and systems Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment A positive, professional attitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our members and providers Health insurance experience is preferred, but not required.
