Experienced Remote Customer Service Representative – Non Emergency Medical Transportation Program Support

In this role, you will be the front-line representative and image of arenaflex, providing top-quality customer service experience to a diverse customer population. About the Role We are currently supporting a Non Emergency Medical Transportation Program and have multiple Remote Customer Service Representative openings available. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will handle a variety of tasks, including incoming phone calls, general clerical tasks, data entry, processing picture IDs, handling customer requests, and administrative support. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and professional experience when interacting with arenaflex. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities to verify eligibility and coordinate non-emergent transportation and/or paratransit services utilizing transportation management systems in order to meet contract service levels Provide top-quality customer service experience to a diverse customer population, responding to all inquiries within a timely and professional manner Enter Customer Contact information into appropriate software systems, ensuring accuracy of data entries Schedule trips in the most cost-effective manner, meeting job-specific key performance indicators and goals Respond to and document customer complaints, maintaining daily customer scheduling for Eligibility staff Collect, track, and maintain all monies collected for replacement IDs, maintaining confidentiality and complying with HIPAA regulations Communicate professionally with Leadership both internally and externally, maintaining program spreadsheets and regular attendance for assigned shifts Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: High School Diploma or GED Typing speed of 30 WPM or greater One year of customer service experience, with six months of experience working in a customer service contact center preferred Must be authorized to work in the United States Ability to work from home, with a computer, telephone, and internet access, and be local to the state of Missouri Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a remote customer service environment Knowledge of transportation management systems and non-emergent transportation services Experience working with diverse customer populations and providing exceptional customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and inclusive work environment, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
