Your schedule will be Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour shift between 8 AM and 8 PM EST. Your primary responsibilities will include: Conducting outbound calls and emails to prospective clients, using a provided script to deliver strategic brand messaging and promote our clients' products Quickly engaging and building rapport with gatekeepers and decision-makers to understand their needs and share accurate information Maintaining accurate records of calls in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, to ensure seamless communication and follow-up Identifying and nurturing potential leads in the healthcare industry, to contribute to the company's growth and success Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent, to demonstrate your foundational knowledge and skills Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively with diverse audiences The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to effectively overcome objections and handle rejection Preferred Qualifications While not essential, additional education or experience in the following areas would be highly beneficial: Cold calling, sales, or marketing, to enhance your skills in promoting products and services to prospective clients Healthcare industry knowledge, to deepen your understanding of the sector and improve your communication with clients and stakeholders Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Excellent communication skills , with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Strong problem-solving skills , to address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic way Ability to work in a fast-paced environment , with multiple priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in CRM software , to manage customer interactions and data effectively Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
