Key Responsibilities Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of our products and/or services, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience. Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Maintain and update customer information as necessary, ensuring that our databases are current and reflective of our customers' needs. Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, identifying opportunities to add value and deepen our relationships with them. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our values and mission. These include: A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning. Customer service experience, which is highly desirable, although we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong computer navigational skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
