Key Responsibilities Demonstrate a strong customer focus rooted in empathy, ensuring that all interactions are personalized and supportive Utilize online reference materials relating to the program to provide confident, accurate, and efficient information to customers Effectively and efficiently use technical systems, including desktop, call center-specific phone systems, and the internet Maintain department quality assurance standards and metrics, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets Educate and answer questions from customers, providing the most up-to-date information about the program and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner Follow protocol and apply sensitivity and discretion when handling confidential information, ensuring that all customer data is protected and secure Maintain a sufficient, reliable, and private internet connection, with the ability to hardwire via an ethernet cable, to ensure uninterrupted service delivery Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with our requirements.
