As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. If you're a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual with a passion for building strong relationships, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues * Key in sales orders daily with no more than 2 errors per month, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail * Set up new clients as needed, ensuring seamless onboarding and a positive customer experience * Handle exception calls as needed, utilizing problem-solving skills and creative thinking to resolve complex issues * Provide support for sales reps as needed, collaborating with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty * Set up initial standing orders for customers, maintaining standing orders, including holds, releases, and additions * Process exceptions into the Case module as needed, creating credit memos, filing freight claims, issuing call tags, and following defective product procedures * Process freight claims as needed, pursuing payment from carriers and filing claim paperwork * Perform in a manner consistent with arenaflex's Core Values and Purpose, adhering to company policies and procedures * Attend all scheduled meetings, missing no more than 10% annually, and clock in and out for work and lunch with no more than 1 error per month * Provide excellent customer service, following all OSHA and other safety guidelines, and actively demonstrating teamwork at all times **Essential Qualifications** * At least 2 years of experience in a relationship-building customer service environment for a tangible product or service * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software **Preferred Qualifications** * 1 year of experience with ERP systems such as Epicor * High school diploma or better * Detail-oriented, with the ability to carry out tasks with all necessary details * Dedicated, with loyalty and integrity in all aspects of work * Team player, with the ability to work well as a member of a group * Growth opportunities, with a desire to take on more responsibility and perform well without outside help **Skills and Competencies** * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
