Job Responsibilities In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data management processes. Key responsibilities include: Providing basic troubleshooting and recommending solutions to customer inquiries, leveraging your problem-solving skills and knowledge of energy efficiency and clean energy solutions. Entering and verifying data into various database applications, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Maintaining electronic and hard-copy filing systems for applications, rebates, and supporting documents, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, providing a foundational level of education. The ability to work an 8-hour shift as assigned within the hours of 8 am to 6 pm, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your work schedule. A minimum of 6+ months of related work experience in a call center environment, preferably in energy efficiency, clean energy, or a related field, offering a background in customer service and data management. Proficiency in 10-key data entry from a computer keyboard, with a high level of accuracy and speed. Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers, team members, and other stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications can make your application stand out: Experience in a data entry processing and customer-centric call center environment, particularly in the energy efficiency or utility fields, offering specialized knowledge and skills.
