Maintain inventory levels by restocking shelves, arranging merchandise displays, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure accuracy. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Grocery Counter Clerk, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Be at least 18 years old. Have excellent communication skills and be able to provide friendly and responsive customer service. Be able to work independently and as part of a team. Possess basic math skills and be able to operate a cash register accurately. Be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods. Have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Have prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
