Job Overview We are looking for a seasoned Commercial Pricing Manager to develop and implement global pricing strategies that align with our business objectives. As a Commercial Pricing Manager, you will provide financial guidance and support to our sales and operational teams, ensuring that our pricing strategies are accurate, timely, and compliant with global policies and standards. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership support to ensure strategic client-related initiatives are accurate and timely, driving business growth and excellence. Lead and facilitate global alignment of pricing teams, promoting collaboration and best practices across regions and segments. Review, consolidate, and standardize pricing across all segments and geographies, ensuring consistency and compliance with global policies and standards. Work closely with executive leadership and business development teams to manage client RFPs from a financial perspective, providing expert guidance and support. Lead and facilitate project pricing, value-add total cost of ownership modeling, and postmortem review and process improvement functions, driving continuous improvement and excellence. Ensure financial deliverables are accurate and compliant with global policies, IFRS, local taxes, and commercial standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and transparency. Support client negotiations from a financial perspective, providing expert guidance and support to drive successful outcomes. Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales and pricing strategies with overall business objectives, driving growth and excellence. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in finance, pricing, operations, or workforce management, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a related field. A Bachelor's degree in business or a quantitative/technical discipline is required, with an MBA being a plus. You will also need to demonstrate strong attention to detail, superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and previous experience in finance, pricing, operations, or workforce management with a BPO company. Preferred Qualifications Experience with client negotiations and contract reviews from a financial perspective, with a strong understanding of global pricing strategies and best practices. Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with executive leaders, regional teams, and sales and operational teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts and pricing strategies to non-financial stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop creative solutions to drive business growth and excellence.
