Job Summary As a Virtual Customer Support Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients via phone, video calls, and live chats. You'll work from home, choosing your own hours as long as you meet the minimum requirement of 40 hours per week. Our flexible scheduling allows you to pick and choose the hours that work best for you, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support via phone, video calls, and live chats to resolve customer-related issues and concerns. Utilize your home computer and internet connection to remotely answer inbound calls and chats. Work in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions and answers to customer inquiries. Participate in training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. Collaborate with other virtual support agents to share best practices and improve overall customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed performance goals, including customer satisfaction and productivity targets. Essential Qualifications: Experience Requirements: 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience (call center or phone support experience preferred). High level of professionalism and excellent communication skills. Excellent typing, computer, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a home office setting with minimal supervision. Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary. Technical Requirements: CPU: i5 (or equivalent), i7 recommended (no Atom, Celeron, Pentium, or Opteron processors). Internet: Download speed of 5Mbs down and upload speed of 3Mbs up. Network Latency: Max 250 MS latency. OS: Win 8.1 (64bit) or Win 10 (64bit). RAM: 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended. Home office setup with ethernet cord and nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a virtual or remote work environment. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools. Experience with live chat software and other communication platforms.
