Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans for our key accounts. You will be responsible for managing all areas of our business relationship with these accounts and working closely with various business departments to maintain and further develop these relationships. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute strategy for weekly and monthly marketing and sales plans Work on a preferred customer list and deal with new promotions and sales of products and services Propose realistic marketing and communications strategies, objectives, and targets Implement marketing and communication campaigns based upon strategy Attend conferences and help with promotional products Represent blithequark in corporate events, industry meets, and marketing conferences Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts Provide exceptional customer service and support Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies Essential Qualifications Education A High School Diploma or Equivalent is required. Relevant work experience will also be considered.
