Job Overview In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Taking new applications and processing payments via phone, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions Documenting customer concerns, issues, and inquiries, maintaining detailed records and following up on unresolved matters Updating and changing account holder information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Performing basic data entry tasks, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Following up on mail and email correspondence, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner Performing account maintenance, including account changes, adjustments, and statement requests, ensuring seamless customer experience Accurately explaining terms, conditions, and policies to customers, providing clear and concise information to ensure customer understanding Preparing reports, including CSR Daily Activity reports and cash out reports, to ensure data-driven decision making Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: 1+ year of consecutive customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support Call center experience is not required, but it's a plus, as is experience working with computer systems and software applications 1+ year of working with a computer system, with proficient data entry skills and attention to detail Positive demeanor and excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers Strong attendance history and reliable transportation, with a commitment to punctuality and reliability HS Diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in mathematics, reading, and writing Preferred qualifications include: Previous experience in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of call center operations and metrics Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with the ability to navigate complex systems and applications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Proficient data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization Strong attendance history and reliable transportation, with a commitment to punctuality and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
