Cyber Security Project Manager – Client Delivery Programme, Cyber Experience, SC Cleared
Job Description: • Coordinate end-to-end delivery aligned with internal project schedules. • Manage readiness tasks including security clearances, access, accounts, tooling and logistics. • Facilitate scoping calls with the testing team and ensure clarity of objectives, constraints, resources and timelines. • Provide supporting documentation, templates and guidance for assessment preparation. • Drive structured engagement through calls, updates and proactive stakeholder follow-up. • Escalate delays, risks or blockers to senior stakeholders where required. • Support validation of remediation actions and vulnerability closure. • Maintain oversight of concurrent assessments with consistent documentation controls. • Produce, maintain and monitor the annual testing schedule. • Ensure the testing team deliver draft and final reports within required timescales. • Attend weekly reviews to discuss risks, issues, progress and upcoming activities. • Document lessons learned and produce quarterly improvement outputs. • Conduct post-engagement debriefing and handover. Requirements: • Essential Experience managing cyber, IT or assurance-driven projects. • Strong stakeholder and relationship management capability. • Ability to coordinate technical delivery across parallel programmes. • Understanding of security testing methodologies and assurance requirements. • Proven scheduling, reporting and documentation capability. • Experienced in issue management, escalation and risk control. • Strong communication skills and situational awareness.
