As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal by providing in-station real-time, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. Job Overview We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to join our team at 9155 Derrington Road, Building 6, Houston, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for communicating with customers directly in-person, as well as via phone and email, to resolve issues and provide exceptional support. Your goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable, leaving a lasting impression and putting a smile on their face. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers directly in-person, in addition to communicating via phone and email to resolve issues and provide support Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, clearly understanding and responding appropriately to the issues that customers present Consistently compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome, making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer Work a flexible Full-Time (40 hours per week) schedule, including Sunday-Thursday 11:00AM-8:00PM Perform tasks such as carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 49 pounds, frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud (hearing protection will be provided) Work in an environment where the temperature may vary due to outside weather conditions and is not controlled Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome. Additionally, you should be able to consistently compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues.
