Key Responsibilities Handle a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns. Offer detailed information about our products and services, addressing customer needs and preferences in a personalized and professional manner. Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience. Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, maintaining accurate records and databases. Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to inform business decisions. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is highly preferred. Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems. A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being helpful in this fast-paced environment. A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Training and Development To ensure your success in this role, we offer a comprehensive 4-week training program, which takes place on Tuesdays to Saturdays between 10am-6:30pm CST. This intensive training will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and expertise required to excel as a Customer Support Representative, including product knowledge, customer service skills, and software applications.
