Job Overview arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Call Center Representative to join our team in Orlando, USA. As a call center representative, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, performing patient enrollment, and utilizing pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication information. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of $25/hour and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities Process new patient enrollments by entering data into the appropriate system, utilizing arenaflex's prescription information section methods and rules. Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing. Investigate to obtain missing prescription data and interpret medical abbreviations (SIG codes). Resolve all data entry-related exceptions. Manage communication with patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and make outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis. Resolve Third-Party Rejections by inspecting, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements. Make phone calls to payers and others to obtain information, gain override approval, or otherwise resolve Third-Party Rejections. Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those at different locations, and recognize and communicate issues to senior-level staff as appropriate. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Basic level computer skills (e.g., start and shut down a computer, use a mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between applications, save files, print reports, and access information online). Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing in URLs, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and filling out forms online. Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents). Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: At least 2 years of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment. At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/registration by state as granted by the State Board of Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency. Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction. Moderate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents). Fluency in Spanish and English.
