Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position offering a competitive pay rate of $15 per hour, with additional performance-based incentives ranging from $100 to $400 per month. Our standard working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime required to meet operational needs. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate a high level of customer assistance by phone and in-person, ensuring that every interaction exceeds customer expectations. Receive and record payments in customer accounts, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Market to current and former customers over the phone and in-person to promote additional business opportunities. Maintain and secure the cash drawer and perform accounting activities, including balancing and preparing deposits. Perform office administrative tasks, such as checking branch mail, filing, and managing office supplies. Investigate credit and process loan applications, adhering to blithequark's policies and procedures. Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation in basic education. Effective communication and time management skills, enabling you to prioritize tasks and interact professionally with customers and colleagues. Reliable personal transportation with insurance, allowing you to travel to our office location. The ability to stand and sit for long periods, as well as lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds, accommodating the physical demands of the role. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and cash handling procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
