We are now seeking talented and experienced Travel Customer Services Representatives to join our team on a fully remote basis within the UK. Job Overview We are looking for highly skilled and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Travel Customer Services Representatives. As a key member of our customer services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers throughout their journey, from pre-booking advice to post-booking support and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a innovative company that is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. The role is offered on a 6-month contract with a view to become permanent, and we are looking for candidates who are eager to grow and develop with our company. Key Responsibilities Taking ownership of clients' onboarding, professional services, and consulting to ensure a unique customer experience Serving as the main point of contact for our customers throughout their journey Providing pre-booking advice on where and how to book a ski trip Offering post-booking support according to customers' needs Supporting customers during their trip to ensure a great customer experience Liaising between customers and suppliers for requests, complaints, and updates Experience and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous customer service experience gained within the travel industry. This is essential, as you will be working with customers who have high expectations and require expert knowledge and support. Additionally, experience working with support and CRM systems is highly desirable, as is preferably In-Resort team experience. You will also need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong technical skills, and a self-learning ability to understand multi-platform systems. While ski experience is not essential, it is an advantage, as you will be working with customers who are passionate about skiing and snowboarding.
