Job Summary As an Apple Support College Advisor, you will be the friendly voice of Apple, providing technical support and customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your voice is essential in supporting many of our popular products, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, iMacs, and more. We are looking for problem solvers who easily connect with others, help friends and family troubleshoot issues, and are curious about why things work the way they do.
