As a key member of our procurement team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies to maximize the value of our $1B+ annual professional services spend. You'll work closely with business stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for cost savings, improve quality, and mitigate risks. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong understanding of strategic sourcing, negotiation, and contract management. **Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects that will keep your job exciting and challenging. You'll be responsible for: * Developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies to maximize the value of our professional services spend * Building relationships with key executives and stakeholders across the organization * Advising on market engagement and identifying high-quality dealer partners * Leading deal negotiations and contract management * Collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize cross-functional relationships and leverage opportunities * Growing subject-matter expertise in the professional services class through research, networking, and leading key initiatives * Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness * Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing strategies * Participating in expert development activities to stay up-to-date on best practices in strategic sourcing **Key Responsibilities** * Participate and lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders * Evaluate providers and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria * Develop and lead RFI/RFP process for professional services according to arenaflex policies and procedures * Analyze bids based on overall cost/delivery to identify opportunities to obtain the best value * Prepare and execute clear, data-driven negotiation techniques using Strategic Sourcing methodology * Prepare and execute contracts, and perform post-award administration * Understand and support the development and execution of performance control applications with providers that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost * Ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices * Communicate and document the reputation of any significant outside relationships that may impact planning and decision-making * Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing strategies * Participate in expert development activities to stay up-to-date on best practices in strategic sourcing **Requirements** * 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience with a minimum of 2 years of professional services class sourcing * Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels * Strong strategic agility * Strong analytical skills * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Strong negotiation skills * Ability to collaborate in a team environment * Internal client awareness * Ability/choice to work in various environments * Ability to handle ambiguity * Knowledge of: + Sourcing & Procurement processes + Basic legal terms and conditions + Entertainment industry trends and conditions + Proven expertise with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements + Established experience working with the legal department on subjects regarding boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services * Professional Services Sourcing history is a plus * Consulting/Advisory history is a plus **Education** * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range of $25 to $30 per hour * Opportunity to work with a global leader in the entertainment industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Paid time off and holidays * Access to arenaflex's state-of-the-art facilities and technology **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced strategic sourcing professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
