You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. Your expertise will be critical in driving process improvement, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing business cases that drive investment. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with a team of designers and organizers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC) * Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and deliver end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaled expectations, and presentations * Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale * Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business suggestions based on 3PDC data, identifying and pursuing opportunities to move forward **Essential Qualifications** * Four-year certification or equivalent relevant experience * 3 years of experience with program management, specifically Google Translate Data Entry Jobs * 3 years of experience overseeing cross-functional or cross-group projects * Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and managing information collections using SQL **Preferred Qualifications** * 3 years of experience overseeing large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical individuals * 3 years of experience with specialized program/project management roles * Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within at least one group to drive impact and work towards shared objectives * Excellent analytical, information perception, and decision-making abilities **Skills and Competencies** * Strong program management skills, with experience leading complex projects and programs * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvement and identify opportunities for growth * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI * Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop business cases and drive investment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inspiring, challenging, and rewarding.
