As a Literacy and Numeracy Tutor, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to provide targeted support and interventions in literacy and numeracy. You will be responsible for implementing the Systematic Review-Based Interventions (SRBI) program, which is designed to provide students with the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the classroom. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist with the implementation of SRBI in the areas of literacy and numeracy * Provide Tier II interventions and progress monitoring to support student progress towards SRBI goals * Work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to provide targeted support and interventions * Develop and implement individualized learning plans to support student success * Monitor and track student progress, making adjustments to instruction as needed * Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless communication and support **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field * Experience working with elementary school students * Strong knowledge of literacy and numeracy instructional strategies and best practices * Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other support staff * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's Degree in Education or a related field * Experience working in a school setting or with students with diverse needs * Knowledge of SRBI and other evidence-based instructional programs * Experience with progress monitoring and data-driven instruction * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong instructional skills and knowledge of literacy and numeracy instructional strategies * Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other support staff * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
