If you share our passion for making an airline that people love, we want to hear from you. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Sales Manager – Corporate Travel Management and Business Development, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts for our corporate travel management business. You will work closely with our travel management company (TMC) accounts to drive revenue growth, build strategic relationships, and develop business development strategies. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on the success of our organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as a knowledgeable authority for TMC business for blithequark, utilizing your expertise to drive revenue growth and build strategic relationships with key clients. * Develop and maintain key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for blithequark. * With minimal guidance, exercise extensive judgment to manage pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations of all TMC agreements with the goal of achieving the highest share of the market and yield possible in individual markets. * Collaborate with legal and risk management groups to develop contract-officer agreements. * Analyze revenue, limits, and agreement performance to ensure objective consistency and profitability. * Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales efforts, working closely with marketing and business development teams. * Manage the setup of TMC organization accounts through sales calls, arrangement planning, and coordination with pricing. * Plan business development and lead advancement of other organization accounts through collaboration with sales management group to ensure exceptional entries are documented as needed and drive expected revenue per the details of the agreement. * Monitor reporting and metrics to identify trends and develop a strategy to ensure the organization is positioned suitably in the market. * Monitor revenue, commissions, and agreement performance to ensure maximum income and sales objectives are achieved. * Successfully manage and allocate time and resources, maximizing revenue opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for blithequark. * Prepare and execute local sales plan according to corporate sales targets and ensure blithequark is strategically positioned among its competitors and utilizes its position in the market. **Work Experience, Education, and Skills** * Required: + 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service industry or related field. + Four-year degree, or two additional years of relevant experience in lieu of this degree. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). + High school diploma or equivalent. + Must be eligible to work in the U.S. * Preferred: + Earlier airline experience. + Earlier exposure to and utilization of travel industry data reporting sources like ARC and CRSS. + Proficiency with CRM tool Salesforce. + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization. + Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with different teams and workgroups. + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to conflicts caused by competing needs. **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that is dedicated to making a carrier that people love.
