You'll be responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment, and driving the development and implementation of new features and capabilities. **Key Responsibilities** * Drive the development and execution of the Client Insightful Center product strategy, ensuring that we deliver exceptional experiences for our customers * Define and prioritize product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart+, and Showcasing, to deliver top-notch customer analytics and experience solutions * Ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of data security and customer protection, working closely with our Information Security team to identify and mitigate potential risks * Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of our customer analytics and experience initiatives * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection, identifying potential opportunities for product innovation and differentiation * Collaborate with our Design and UX teams to ensure that our products and services are accessible, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our diverse customer base **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 7 years of experience in product management, or * 9 years of experience in product management or related field **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, with 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products * Experience in creating comprehensive digital experiences, with a strong understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and inclusive design principles * Familiarity with accessibility best practices and a commitment to creating open and inclusive products and services that meet the needs of our diverse customer base **Skills and Competencies** * Strong product management skills, with experience in defining and prioritizing product requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving the development and implementation of new features and capabilities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation * Experience with data security and customer protection, with a strong understanding of industry trends and advancements in these areas * Familiarity with accessibility best practices and a commitment to creating open and inclusive products and services that meet the needs of our diverse customer base **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our associates grow and develop their careers.
