Our team members enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Competitive salaries and compensation programs * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage options * Prescription savings and discounts on pharmacy services * Retirement savings plans, including 401(k) plans * Employee stock purchase plan * Opportunities for career growth and development * Paid vacation days, holidays, and sick leave * Education assistance and tuition reimbursement * Employee discounts on products and services * Health programs and resources for employee well-being * Flexible work arrangements, including part-time and full-time positions * Employee assistance programs for personal and professional challenges **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for: * Assisting pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, under direct supervision, in accordance with national and federal regulations * Using pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information and process prescriptions * Modeling and providing a unique and delightful customer experience * Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with services and products * Resolving customer issues and answering inquiries to ensure a superior customer experience * Fostering and sharing customer service best practices with team members * Developing strong relationships with key customers * Performing duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager, Personnel Pharmacist, and Store Supervisor, including: + Utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug records + Filling prescriptions by retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical tablets + Verifying medication accuracy and checking for potential interactions + Assisting pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow + Reporting prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhering to company policies and procedures + Registering all related sales on assigned cash register, collecting and handling coins as required + Taking customers to the OTC aisle to assist in finding merchandise + Handling telephone calls that do not require the private attention of the pharmacist + Processing and resubmitting claims for third-party prescription services in a timely and efficient manner + Performing other clerical responsibilities as assigned by the Store Manager * Assisting and supporting the Pharmacy Department on stock management activities, including ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipments of prescription medications * Maintaining knowledge of company asset safety procedures and documenting claims for warehouse overages, shortages, order errors, or broken goods related to Rx capsules * Assisting pharmacists in administering medical services, including collecting and labeling blood/urine samples from patients and other medical services as required * Assisting the Pharmacy Supervisor and Personnel Pharmacist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with the local medical community, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers, through clinical provider detailing and outreach to healthcare agencies, retirement homes, nursing homes, and other forums for promoting growth opportunities **Education and Personal Development** arenaflex is committed to investing in your growth and development.
