You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient data entry, all while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methods and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the appropriate system. * Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing. * Investigate to obtain missing medication data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes). * Resolve all data entry-related exceptions. * Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and make outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis. * Resolve External Exceptions by researching, gathering data, making amendments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements. * Make phone calls to support plans and others to acquire data, gain abrogate endorsement, or otherwise resolve the External Exceptions. * Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those at other locations. * Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary. **Essential Capabilities** * Essential level computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print documents, and access data online). * Basic web search skills to include opening a program, typing in URLs in the correct field, using a search engine, bookmarking a webpage, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online. * Transitional level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, arranging reports). * Communicate effectively in writing and verbally. **Preferred Capabilities** * At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. * Transitional to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, arranging documents). * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **Benefits of Working at arenaflex** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
