Our diverse range of products and services includes prescription drugs, over-the-counter drugs, health and wellness products, beauty products, photo shoots, and more. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Clinical Research and Evidence Generation team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality, actionable insights that inform business decisions and drive growth. You'll work closely with our Clinical Trials colleagues to develop and execute research studies, leveraging advanced data science and technology to drive results. **Key Responsibilities** * Mine crude information datasets to convey normalized, analysis-ready patient companions from in-house information resources or authorized stages, analyze and interpret results, and help shape investigation methodology. * Collaborate with different members of the arenaflex Clinical Trials team to convey meaningful insights from real-world, clinical, and other information sources to support biopharmaceutical RWE and clinical trial requests. * Clean, transform, and store information into an integrated information lake for future analysis and broader team utilization. * Perform data mining and statistical analysis to examine RWE/RWD to discover new insights regarding patient populations and treatment results. * Uphold the development of real-world, analysis, and stage capabilities, applying advanced analysis and tools to resolve logical inquiries from biopharmaceutical organizations. * Work together on plan and execution of results research studies. * Ensure high-grade, thorough, and promptly interpretable expectations from RWE review and investigations. * Construct dashboards, analysis, and reports for internal and external use. * Conduct a reasonable level of effort on new certifiable information suppliers sellers and drive RWD quality evaluations to illuminate venture choices. **Essential Capabilities** * Experience in planning and executing robust and reproducible statistical analyses regarding the study of disease transmission and observational research with healthcare information. * Knowledge of standard statistical testing methods including generalized linear models, clustering and classification, decision trees, unsupervised learning, time series analysis, and survival analysis. * Experience handling large datasets from various information sources. * Experience managing protected patient health data. * Knowledge of at least one of the following: Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Spotfire, or other BI insight tools. **Preferred Capabilities** * PhD, Graduate degree in statistics/biostatistics, software engineering, mathematics, systems engineering, biomedical engineering, or related field. * Skill in EMR/Health IT, disease registries, and insurance claims datasets. * Ability in clinical information standards, clinical terminologies, and controlled vocabularies used in healthcare information and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode). * Experience in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) as well as regulatory compliance rules for real-world evidence studies or clinical trials (e.g., ISO, MDD/MDR, CFR). * Experience working on alternative information sources and alternative methods for clinical data collection, particularly those enabled by technology platforms and solutions. * Experience with exploratory design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, computational insights. * Understanding of statistics and AI techniques, ability to continue self-learning of technical and non-technical skills. **About Working at arenaflex** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
