About the Role As an Experienced Full Stack Lowe's Pro Renovations (LPR) Project Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences through the sale and installation of Lowe's Pro Renovations (LPR) products and services. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that requires a strong sales and construction background, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities * Reviews submitted opportunities for viability, including compliance review, and partners with account owners to address concerns and clarify requirements. * Prepares for site walks by completing pre-call planners and gathering necessary information. * Conducts site walks to identify project scope, product needs, and installation service opportunities, including quantities, selections, scope, and job cadence for execution. * Partners with Lowe's Independent Service Providers to determine scope requirements and cost elements based on site walk. * Evaluates the profitability and viability of customers' requests and prepares comprehensive bid packets based on walk details, installer inputs, and final customer selections. * Presents bids for signature and execution by account contact and partners with LPR Virtual Support team, Installer, and customer to host Pre-Construction conferences to ensure ordering, deliveries, installation, and overall project scheduling is aligned and forecasted. * Performs post-mortem conversations with key stakeholders for all opportunities to gather feedback, including opportunities won or lost. * Leverages defined systems and processes to provide a best-in-class customer experience. * Supports peers and leaders with other duties as assigned and required.
