Our team is dedicated to creating an epic impact, and we're looking for experts like you to help us achieve our vision. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Developer – IAM Integration Specialist, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You'll work closely with our global-class software and platform teams to deliver scalable, nimble solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our IAM system * Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment * SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data * Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements * Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding * Strong exposure to basic identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation * Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience * Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SharePoint **What You'll Convey** * A strong passion for Identity and Access Management (IAM) integration and a desire to make a real impact in the retail industry * A minimum of 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field * Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes **About Our Team** Our team is dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
