As a key member of our call center/contact center environment, you'll be responsible for servicing Windstar Cruises and products, providing exceptional guest service, and supporting our Travel Advisors and Guests through various communication channels. This is a full-time, remote position with a base hourly wage plus incentive, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Conducting daily production work related to the processing of bookings in our systems and subordinate systems, ensuring high-level booking quality and accuracy. * Processing reservations, revisions, cancellations, booking notes, and all aspects of bookings using our reservation system. * Applying company policy effectively to bookings. * Providing 180 degrees from Ordinary Guest Service through all lines of communication to our guests and clients in a professional and calm demeanor at all times. * Acting as the primary call and contact agent for all service-related inquiries by phone, email, and Windstar Website Chat agent contacts. * Assisting in the overall revenue goals of the Department by attempting to upsell or add value on all existing bookings. * Performing sales call backup to Reservations in peak call times, as directed by management. * Adhering to company policy and procedure. * Demonstrating a strong functional knowledge of the Windstar product. * Advising supervisor of all problems and recommended resolution in a timely manner. * Assisting Guests or Travel Advisors in troubleshooting on MyWindstar or related external Windstar Systems. * Other duties as assigned by management. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Cruise or tour operations/reservations experience preferred but not required. * Previous customer service experience preferred. * The ability to communicate in writing and verbally with professionalism, credibility, and confidence, presenting information in a positive and convincing manner. * Capability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Self-starter with excellent task management skills. * A basic understanding of all Microsoft Office programs. **Benefits** As a full-time employee of arenaflex, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical, Dental & Vision * HSA & FSA * Life & Disability * Accident, Hospital & Critical Illness * Pet Insurance * Vacation, Sick Time, and paid Holidays * 401(k) with Company Match * Employee Assistance Plan * Education Assistance * Employee Discounts & Travel Deals **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
