The partners are concerned for employees' well-being and the office is a fun place to come to work every day. The firm was also set up on Zoom before COVID and the firm is accustomed to having employees working mostly remotely or in a hybrid arrangement. There are challenging audit clients in a variety of industries to work with. AUDIT MANAGER DESCRIPTION: This firm is seeking an Audit Manager who has an entrepreneurial spirit and knows how to get things done. The firm needs someone who will be laser focused on execution for an optimized result. This person must be willing to consult internally and externally to solve problems and be motivated to think outside the box to find solutions. It is critical to be able to work well in a team environment and to be able to give and receive coaching. The Audit Manager must not just enjoy, but love interacting with clients and team members.
