As a key member of our Equipment Innovation Group, you will support Guide, Engineering, Design Execution, Approval, Prototyping, and Power/Execution improvement endeavors across various data entry projects at arenaflex. The impact of this highly visible role spans across all arenaflex product offerings. You will influence key innovations, including data management, customer service, and more. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the HW Innovations association, including Stage Engineering, Design and Confirmation, Silicon Approval to enable excellent development and delivery of all arenaflex data entry projects. * Work with Programming, Frameworks, Design, Power and Execution, FPGA prototyping, SoC integration teams to enable IP integration in time for SoC tapeout. * Quickly adapt to dynamic SoC execution lifecycles and effectively manage requirements and changes. * Provide broad preparation, focusing on and driving data entry assignments to meet demanding product launch plans. * Communicate clearly and succinctly the IP status to arenaflex leaders with focused tracking, coordinating, and reporting of program risks, status, and decisions for resolution. * Develop an in-depth understanding of technical issues related to data entry blocks and drive investigation to enable resolution of issues by uniting key cross-functional partners. **Essential Qualifications:** * Proven experience in driving large multi-functional teams to deliver high-quality, complex data entry tasks on time. * Strong technical skills, including data management, customer service, and more. * Excellent communication and project management skills. * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. * Experience working in a remote work environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with computerized video signal handling. * Strong understanding of technical issues related to data entry blocks. * Ability to drive investigation to enable resolution of issues by uniting key cross-functional partners. * Experience working in a dynamic, multi-functional team environment. **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong technical skills, including data management, customer service, and more. * Excellent communication and project management skills. * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. * Experience working in a remote work environment. * Ability to channel and distill pertinent data for the right audience. * Devotion to claim/drive project planning and advancement using clear metrics. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
