Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Analyst – HR Compliance and Operations at Blithequark

About the Role This exciting opportunity is part of the Compliance Team within the People/HR Division at Blithequark. As a Data Entry Analyst, you'll be responsible for maintaining legal and regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. Key Responsibilities Support the HR Compliance team and Projects with various responsibilities, including: Obtaining fingerprint/personal investigation results and processing fingerprint clearance letters Maintaining relationships with TSA, Airport Power Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services Faxing/scanning US Customs results and database entry Process daily FBI fingerprints into Access database and troubleshoot any database issues Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems Conduct high-level analyses, custom reporting/dashboards, and normalize all data used for HR Compliance Collaborate with clients and team members regularly Review completed Fingerprint Applications and check for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role or industry Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Access Experience with database management and data analysis Skills and Competencies Advanced Excel skills, including organizing, creating complex formulas, and Vlookup Advanced Access skills Ability to interpret large sets of data to develop meaningful reports Excellent decision-making skills and strong organizational abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proven problem-solving skills Ability to apply fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements Ability to educate specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results Ability to work well in a team environment What We Offer At Blithequark, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Medical benefits: On day one, you'll have access to health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits to help you stay healthy Wellness Programs: Our wellness programs provide you with the tools, resources, and support you need to be your best self 401(k) Program: Available upon hire, and business contributions to your 401(k) program are available following one year Additional Benefits: Other great benefits include our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, travels, and more Why Join Blithequark?
