Job Summary As a Data Analyst in our E2E Delivery team at blithequark, you will play a critical role in spearheading ad-hoc analysis, creating dashboards, and generating insights that inform our delivery strategy. You'll have access to a vast pool of global data and work with cutting-edge tools to drive business decisions. Your mission will be to make our delivery platform one of the fastest and most reliable in the country. Key Responsibilities Design and develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as capacity, cost, satisfaction, and transportation. Conduct exploratory data analysis, including hypothesis testing and statistical modeling, to identify trends and insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data from various sources and support analysis of key initiatives. Automate tasks and develop processes to monitor, analyze, and report on key business metrics. Apply SQL and data visualization skills to create interactive and dynamic reports. Develop and maintain data models, predictive analytics, and machine learning algorithms to drive business outcomes. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting. Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. Proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling techniques, including regression, decision trees, and clustering. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia. Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques. Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and tools, such as AWS or Google Cloud. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
