Key Responsibilities Design and develop workflow tooling at scale to enable teams to deliver high-quality software programs Collaborate with partners across the organization to provide training and support for workflow initiatives Analyze complex systems, identify areas for improvement, and develop insights to drive optimization Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and track progress toward goals Work closely with Data Scientists and Engineers to provide perception and visualization expertise Characterize the current state of the workflow, profile complex systems, and identify opportunities for improvement Translate insights into actionable recommendations and drive movement plans to achieve desired outcomes Essential Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst Solid working knowledge of Analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive) Ability to turn studies into insights, develop key metrics, recommend policy changes, and deliver movement plans to all levels of leadership Advanced Tableau developer with expertise in data visualization Capable SQL user with experience in aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation Preferred Skills Familiarity with Software Development Analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software delivery Experience in Software Development, including data construct pipelines, merging, checking systems and methods, and code delivery Product Ownership experience, with a focus on driving efforts and generating concrete effects through analytics Project management experience, with the ability to plan and drive efforts across associate groups toward a unified goal Education & Experience B.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
