Job Summary As a Resolution Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and partners while navigating various systems to respond to inquiries and resolve issues. You will be the face of Blithequark, providing top-tier customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and partners Navigate various systems to respond to inquiries and resolve issues Provide top-tier customer service and ensure customer satisfaction Impart professionally in a conversational way while using all suitable resources Be dependable, reliable, and issue-solve while acting with integrity Contribute to the success of the team and the organization Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree Typing speed of at least 25 WPM Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word) High school diploma or GED Successful completion of mandatory training Customer support experience Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a contact center environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong analytical and decision-making skills Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a team environment, and have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
