Key Responsibilities: Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of products and services to ensure that you're always up-to-date on the latest offerings. Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review. Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our dealer clients receive valuable insights and feedback.
