Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center item procedure, aimed at enhancing the quality and accessibility of client analysis and insights for internal stakeholders. As a product manager, you will define and communicate a clear methodology, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center, ensuring that tools are built and scaled to meet the security and reliability needs of internal teams analyzing customer data and behavior. Key Responsibilities Drive the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center item procedure to improve the quality and accessibility of client analysis and insights for internal stakeholders. Define and communicate a clear methodology, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center. Ensure that tools are built and scaled to meet the security and reliability needs of internal teams analyzing customer data and behavior. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analysis, data security, and privacy, identifying potential opportunities for product development and differentiation. Collaborate with Designing, arenaflex Interface, Data Adventures, arenaflex+, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality customer analysis solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or a related area. Additionally, you will need to have at least 7 years of experience in product management, with a strong background in driving the development and execution of complex projects. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, a graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, would be highly desirable. We also value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating expertise in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. You will also need to be highly analytical, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive complex projects forward. A strong understanding of industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analysis, data security, and privacy is also essential.
