You will be trained on multiple client programs and will transition between them throughout your day, receiving incoming inquiries and making outbound calls, emails, or chats. Your exceptional customer service skills, combined with your knowledge and resources, will enable you to resolve most questions on your own, while your team will always be available to support you. You will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers * Resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of all interactions * Working in a quiet and private work-from-home environment with high-speed internet * Utilizing computer skills, including Microsoft Windows and Office * Passing a background check **Qualifications for a Remote Customer Service Representative** * High school diploma or equivalent * One year of customer service or call center experience * Ability to pronounce and display a working knowledge of basic medical terms * Ability to work in a quiet and private work-from-home environment with high-speed internet * Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office * Ability to pass a background check * Excellent customer service skills **Full-Time Contact Center Work Schedule** As a full-time Remote Customer Service Representative, you can expect to work 38-40 hours per week, with at least one weekend day required.
