You will work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, sell new products and services, and ensure that our clients receive the best possible service. **Key Responsibilities** * Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and ensure accurate and efficient processing * Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade and sell new products and services * Explain and position products and processes with customers in a clear and concise manner * Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team to ensure prompt resolution * Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling **Candidate Qualifications** We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
