As a Customer Engineer, you'll play a key role in preventing issues before they occur by offering expert guidance on best practices, conducting risk assessments, supporting complex migrations, and delivering dedicated support services both remotely and onsite. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Engineer, you'll be responsible for: ### M365 and SharePoint Administration * Administer and govern SharePoint Online environments to ensure optimal performance and security. * Implement and manage M365 Copilot and OneDrive for Business to streamline customer workflows. * Develop and maintain SharePoint sites and related applications to meet customer needs. ### Technical Expertise * Handle important customer issues and work effectively in challenging situations to deliver rapid, hands-on support. * Utilize technical skills for troubleshooting Office applications, particularly Outlook, to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. * Support M365 Apps deployment using SCCM/MECM/Intune/Cloud Update to ensure seamless integration. ### Office Product Management * Manage licensing and activation for perpetual and subscription versions of Office products to ensure compliance and efficiency. * Maintain software within fixed and modern lifecycle policies to ensure customers receive the latest features and security updates. * Oversee deployment and configuration for Office LTSC and M365 Apps on Windows and Mac to ensure seamless integration. ### Migration and Upgrades * Lead migration projects from on-premises to cloud-based solutions to help customers transition to more agile and scalable environments. * Transition customers from Office 2016 to Office 2019/Office LTSC 2021 and M365 Apps to ensure they receive the latest features and security updates. * Facilitate changes from MSI-based to C2R-based installations to improve deployment efficiency and reduce downtime. **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Minimum of 10+ years of total experience in IT, with a strong focus on customer-facing roles. * 5+ years of experience with Office 2016/M365 Apps, including proficiency in M365 Apps Admin Center capabilities. * Experience with Office for the web apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to ensure seamless integration. * Basic knowledge of local and cloud group policies to ensure secure and efficient deployment. * Experience with environment-specific scenarios involving third-party applications and add-ins to ensure seamless integration. **Preferred Skills** While not required, the following skills will be highly valued: * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver rapid, hands-on support. * Excellent communication and customer service abilities to ensure exceptional customer experiences. * Ability to work independently and within a team environment to deliver results-driven solutions. **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Competitive base salary range of $92,000- $110,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays, and paid learning days. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development, including training and mentorship programs. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment that encourages innovation and creativity. **Language Requirements** English (Required), Portuguese, Spanish (Required) **Time Type** Full time **Physical & Mental Requirements** While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, headset, and other office equipment.
