Our team of experts is dedicated to providing top-notch support, moderation, and community management services to clients across various industries, including gaming, e-commerce, and more. **Job Summary** As a Tier 2 E-Commerce Phone/Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients in the gaming industry. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
