We are committed to creating and maintaining a culture of inclusion and diversity where our employees are passionate about serving students and families, treat one another and customers with respect, challenge each other to innovate and always strive to do better. **Responsibilities** As a Full Stack CRE Teacher – Touch Systems Data Entry and Virtual Learning Environment Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Providing rich and engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students * Committing to personalizing learning for all students * Demonstrating a belief in all students' ability to succeed and meet high expectations * Differentiating instruction based on student level of mastery * Augmenting course content according to prescribed policies and procedures using appropriate asynchronous and synchronous tools under guidance from principal and coach * Maintaining grade book ensuring student academic integrity, making student placement and promotion decisions, and alerting administrators to concerns about student performance and progress * Preparing students for high stakes standardized tests * Understanding that a primary responsibility is to establish and maintain positive rapport with families and regularly communicating with and responding to students and learning coaches/parents in a timely manner * Supporting learning coaches/parents with student curricular and instructional issues, as well as basic troubleshooting in a virtual classroom environment that is in line with academy policies and procedures * Maintaining and effectively applying knowledge of the State, National, and Industry Specific learning standards * Developing effective instructional tools and strategies to supplement and enhance provided curriculum * Collaborating regularly with the school and national professional learning community * Administering and proctor's certification assessments where applicable * Serving as an Advisor for Career & Technical Student Organization * Supporting CTE Program Coordinator/school/program with creating business and industry partnerships to help navigate work-based learning experiences for students * Supporting a project-based learning model * Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for face-to-face professional development, student testing, and/or as required by the school **Requirements** To be considered for this role, you must have: * A Bachelor's degree * An active state teaching license * Ability to clear required background check * Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers to interpret and produce numeric, tabular, and graphic representations of student data, and use it to drive instructional decisions * Receptive to receiving coaching regularly with administrators and teacher trainers * Ability to embrace change and adapt to ensure excellent student outcomes * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint * Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new technologies and teaching platforms * Ability to maintain teacher certification/professional development hours and fluency in blithequark systems, programs, and curriculum **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with proposed age group * Experience supporting adults and children in the use of technology * Experience teaching in an online (virtual) and/or in a brick-and-mortar environment * Experience with online learning platforms **Work Environment** This is a virtual position, and you will be required to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week. You will need to maintain a professional home office without distraction during workday, typically 9-5 (or 8-4) or as defined by the school. **Compensation and Benefits** We offer a competitive salary of $49,000 plus the eligibility of a performance bonus.
