As a Customer Engineer at blithequark, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of technology and customer support. **Job Summary** As a Customer Engineer, M365, Copilot, and SharePoint, Bi-lingual Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing expert-level technical support to customers, leveraging your knowledge of M365, SharePoint, and Copilot to resolve complex issues and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our team to develop and maintain SharePoint sites and related applications, implement and manage M365 Copilot and OneDrive for Business, and support M365 Apps deployment using SCCM/MECM/Intune/Cloud Update. **Key Responsibilities** * Administer and govern SharePoint Online environments, ensuring seamless integration with M365 Copilot and OneDrive for Business * Develop and maintain SharePoint sites and related applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience * Implement and manage M365 Copilot and OneDrive for Business, ensuring seamless integration with SharePoint Online environments * Support M365 Apps deployment using SCCM/MECM/Intune/Cloud Update, ensuring timely and efficient deployment * Manage licensing and activation for perpetual and subscription versions of Office, ensuring compliance with fixed and modern lifecycle policies * Oversee deployment and configuration for Office LTSC and M365 Apps on Windows and Mac, ensuring optimal performance and user experience * Lead migration projects from on-premises to cloud-based solutions, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to customers * Transition customers from Office 2016 to Office 2019/Office LTSC 2021 and M365 Apps, ensuring a smooth and efficient process * Facilitate changes from MSI-based to C2R-based installations, ensuring seamless integration with M365 Apps **Essential Qualifications** * Minimum of 10+ years of total experience in IT, with a strong background in M365 and SharePoint * 5+ years of experience with Office 2016/M365 Apps, with a deep understanding of M365 Apps Admin Center capabilities * Proficiency in Office for the web apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues * Basic knowledge of local and cloud group policies, with experience in implementing and managing policies * Experience with environment-specific scenarios involving third-party applications and add-ins, with a strong understanding of integration and compatibility **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced knowledge of M365 Apps Admin Center capabilities, with experience in implementing and managing policies * Experience with SCCM/MECM/Intune/Cloud Update, with a strong understanding of deployment and configuration * Familiarity with Office LTSC and M365 Apps on Windows and Mac, with experience in deployment and configuration * Experience with migration projects from on-premises to cloud-based solutions, with a strong understanding of transition and integration * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical expertise in M365, SharePoint, and Copilot, with a deep understanding of integration and compatibility * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences * Strong knowledge of local and cloud group policies, with experience in implementing and managing policies * Familiarity with Office for the web apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Customer Engineer at blithequark, you'll have access to a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits, including: * Opportunities for professional development and growth, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences * Access to a range of training and development programs, including technical training and soft skills development * Opportunities to work on high-profile projects and initiatives, with a focus on delivering exceptional results * A collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays, and paid learning days **Work Environment and Company Culture** blithequark is a dynamic and innovative company, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
